Multimodal is useful. It is still a draft until you check it.

Many products now see images, hear voice, and generate pictures or clips. Treat each of those as another draft.

Whiteboards, screenshots, receipts. Crop badges and other people’s screens before you attach.

A photo of a whiteboard is a gift. It is also easy to over-share: a badge, a monitor in the background, a patient’s name on a chart. Crop before you attach. Voice is convenient and leaves a recording policy behind it — check whether the product stores audio.

Generated images and video are useful for mockups and storyboards. They are not photographs of events that happened. Do not publish them as evidence.
